Free Domestic Shipping:

We offer free shipping for all orders > Rs.2500 in value . 

For orders less than Rs.2500 a Fee of Rs.250 is applicable 

Processing Time:

• Orders will be processed within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation.
• Customized or made-to-order items may necessitate additional processing time. Please refer to the product description for specific details.

Shipping Method and Delivery Timelines

• We have partnered with trusted and reliable shipping carriers such as Delhivery and DTC to ship your order safely 
• Once ordered your products will be delivered between 2 - 7 working days time depending on your address and location of delivery 

Order Tracking & Notifications

• Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing tracking information. This allows you to monitor the progress of your delivery.

International Shipping:

We offer Free International Shipping for all orders > Rs.30,000

For orders <  Rs.30,000  a Fee of Rs.1500 for every Kilo Ordered is charged as a shipping fee

Once ordered your product will be delivered within 5 - 7 working days time . 

Kindly note that Thriya Silks will not be liable for any additional taxes , Custom duties or Fees that may be charged on your order as per the local rules and regulations . We strongly recommend you to check these before proceeding with the order .

Processing Time for Made-to- Order Items 

Customized or made-to-order items may require extended processing time. please contact our customer service via whatsapp to know more about the same. 

Delivery Confirmation:

• International deliveries may require a signature upon receipt to ensure secure delivery. Kindly provide an accurate delivery address where someone can sign for the package.
